Pepsi has done it with Britney Spears, Pink and Beyonce and Chrysler with Celine Dion. Music video advertisements are increasingly becoming a popular way to entertain the masses while getting the message in about your product. Yet, while there have been successes with this method, there are cases of failures too.
In this Slideshare presentation done for Marketing Communications class, my group has chosen to analyse LG’s advertising for their Lollipop cell phone range using music videos. We look into why music video advertisements can be so effective and the considerations to note.
